Position Title: Customer Service/Call Center Representative - Remote IN Location: 2670 Executive Drive, Indianapolis, IN 46241 - (Only Locals to Indianapolis IN) Anticipated Start Date: 07/21 Expected Duration: 3-12 months Job Type: Contract with possible extension Pay Rate: $17.00/hr on W2 Interview Process: 1-Phone Screening Important Notes: The first three days of employment require onsite attendance for mandatory training. Attendance is critical—no time off is permitted during the first 14 business days. Must have reliable transportation to commute to the training location. Must have a smartphone with active data to access systems and complete setup. Candidates must be comfortable handling high call volumes, including interactions with frustrated or upset customers, in a fast-paced inbound call center environment. Onboarding/Orientation Address : 9777 N. College Ave, Indianapolis, IN 46280 Job Description Primary Purpose: To expedite the claims application process, ensure proper case assignment, and serve as the primary customer liaison to address and resolve issues or questions effectively. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, resolving issues related to the claims application process and services. Communicate clearly and professionally with customers via telephone and/or written correspondence regarding all aspects of the claims process. Educate and inform customers about required documentation, processing timelines, payment details, and claim status through verbal and written communication. Accurately input application information into the claims management system, meeting internal and external customer requirements. Assign new claims to the appropriate claims handler. Redirect customer inquiries to the correct department or personnel. Foster and maintain a quality service culture within the Customer Service Team. Ensure attendance during scheduled work hours. Additional Functions and Responsibilities: Perform other duties as assigned. Support the organization's quality programs.
