We are looking for an Intermediate Software Developer to join our dynamic team and contribute to the development of high-performance applications. As an Intermediate Excel VBA and Power BI Developer, you will play a key role in automating operational processes and delivering insightful dashboards that support BCE's business units. You will work closely with stakeholders across finance, operations, and technology to streamline reporting, enhance data visibility, and support strategic initiatives. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain robust Excel VBA macros to automate manual workflows and reporting processes. • Design and deploy Power BI dashboards that provide real-time insights into operational and financial performance. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. • Integrate data from various sources (Excel, SQL Server, SharePoint, APIs) into Power BI for unified reporting. • Optimize existing Excel tools and Power BI reports for performance, usability, and maintainability. • Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with BCE's data governance standards. • Document solutions and provide training/support to end users as needed. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Excel VBA development. • Strong expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query (M), and data modeling. • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases. • Experience integrating Excel and Power BI with enterprise data sources. • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Nice to Have: • Experience with Power Automate or other Microsoft Power Platform tools. • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. • Exposure to telecom or enterprise operations is a plus.
