People & Culture Internship – Responsibilities
As a People & Culture Intern, you will gain exposure across three key areas:

Talent Acquisition: Supporting resume screening, job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and maintaining records in the ATS. You may also assist with campus outreach and referral programs.

HR Operations: Helping with onboarding documentation, compliance forms, requisition tracking, background verification, and vendor coordination. You’ll also contribute to HRIS/ATS data hygiene, payroll inputs, and benefits documentation.

HR Generalist: Assisting in employee engagement activities, drafting HR communications, supporting grievance handling, maintaining employee records, and coordinating performance review cycles with managers.
