About the role

Be a member of the team responsible for Stay, BCD's comprehensive approach to hotel category management. In this role, you will engage with clients at a strategic level to drive successful data-driven outcomes utilizing virtual payment solutions throughout all stages of the customer success management life cycle. You lead Stay client activations, engage with clients to drive change, supporting field program managers and other internal resources to implement and optimize technologies and solutions that deliver value for BCD and its clients. You effectively communicate and collaborate with internal stakeholders from various departments to continuously improve our suite of hotel solutions. You lead workshops and projects in Virtual Payment Solutions (VPA).
