About the role

In this role you will be part of a virtual and international team of End User Support Agents across the world you directly help our users with any technology provided by BCD to book & manage their business trips. You are registering any incident detected and are applying know solutions to incidents and simple service request. As a End User Support Agent, you will • Conduct assessment in a logical way, replicate error or test situation if possible. • Analyze from small to medium requirements (one system, one process) • Execute small to medium complex configuration changes (one system, one logic) • Coordinate activities with a range of internal or external teams across various issues • Follow-up product innovation and releases
