Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for professionals with a BBA degree and 3 years and 6 months of experience in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector. The selected candidate will manage day-to-day operations, ensure the execution of sales strategies, analyze market trends, oversee distribution, and coordinate with cross-functional teams. The role also involves contributing to operational efficiencies, maintaining relationships with stakeholders, and achieving targeted business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of FMCG industry operations and strategies, including sales management and business analysis.
- Proficiency in market trend analysis, strategy development, and identifying business growth opportunities.
- Experience in managing distribution frameworks and ensuring supply chain efficiency.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for maintaining strong stakeholder relationships and collaborating with teams.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and adapt to rapidly changing market dynamics.
- Educational qualification: Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) from an accredited institution.
- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills to meet business targets effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools, including Microsoft Office Suite, with experience in Salesforce or other CRM platforms being an added advantage.
- Proven track record of success in a similar FMCG role is highly desirable.
