Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Secunderābād for candidates with a BBA or MBA background. The role involves supporting day-to-day administration, operations, and coordination across various rehabilitation and education programs. Responsibilities include assisting in planning and monitoring projects, managing documentation and reports, and supporting budgeting, procurement, and basic financial tracking. The role also includes coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, maintaining records, and helping organize community outreach, awareness programs, and training events. The selected candidate will contribute to process improvement, stakeholder communication, and overall organizational development in alignment with Sweekaar’s mission.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master of Business Administration (MBA), or an equivalent management qualification.
- Strong skills in operations and administration, including documentation, record management, and coordination of day-to-day activities.
- Basic knowledge of financial management, such as budgeting, expense tracking, and working with spreadsheets or accounting tools.
- Proficiency in MS Office or similar productivity tools, with the ability to prepare reports, presentations, and data summaries.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and diverse stakeholders.
- Organizational and time-management abilities, including planning, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.
- Interest or prior exposure to the social sector, healthcare, rehabilitation, or education is an advantage.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusion, empathy, and respect for persons with disabilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Secunderābād and collaborate in a structured, mission-driven environment.
