High school diploma/GED required; 1+ year paid/volunteer experience in supported employment, job development, peer support, case management, sales, or customer service; California Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification preferred (must obtain within 12 months); valid California driver's license; CPR/First Aid within 30 days; must pass Live Scan background check and TB screening.
