Job Overview: We are seeking a Junior Application UI/UX Designer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and creating innovative user interface and user experience solutions for our web and mobile applications. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver with strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering exceptional design.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with product managers & developers to understand project goals and requirements.
Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile applications.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mock-ups to communicate design concepts and user flows.
Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions and iterate on designs.
Create design specifications and style guides to ensure consistency across all products.
Work closely with development teams to ensure designs are implemented as per requirements.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in design or a related field.
Strong portfolio showcasing design work for web and mobile applications. Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with user research and testing methods.
Understanding of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A passion for learning and staying up to date with the latest design trends and technologies.
