About the role
We are seeking an experienced AI Chatbot Developer to design, implement, and optimize AI-powered chatbot solutions (Microsoft Copilot, private GPT models) to enhance employee productivity. This is a 6-month contract with the potential for hire. The role is fully remote, with the requirement to work EST hours.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain AI-driven chatbot solutions to automate and streamline workplace functions.
Design a scalable and sustainable AI framework for long-term deployment.
Collaborate with leadership to align AI solutions with business objectives.
Train team members on chatbot functionalities, best practices, and continuous improvement strategies.
Gather feedback and refine AI models to enhance performance and usability.
Qualifications:
5-8+ years of experience developing chatbots with Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT.
Strong expertise in AI deployment tools and frameworks within enterprise environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain AI capabilities and limitations to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred: Hands-on experience with Azure AI or similar cloud-based AI platforms.
