Your Purpose as a Windshield/Glass Technician:

• Remove and replace auto glass applications (windshields, door glass, mirrors, etc.). 
• Replace severely damaged or shattered glass components, ensuring proper fit and alignment 
• Handle glass products in an expert and safe manner. 
• Utilize tools of the trade to perform all aspects of preparation, installation and quality. 
• Ensure all areas are clean and that equipment, tools and supplies are properly stored and maintained at all times. 
• Effectively communicate with both our customers and coworkers. 
• Maintain technical knowledge of the industry in order to offer quality service on all jobs assigned.
• Adheres and follows company policies and procedures. 
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle
• Glass repair and replacement experience required.
