Your Purpose as a Parts Counter Advisor: 

  • Meet and assist the customer in a courteous and professional manner providing them with the information they need, answer phone calls and ensuring the customer’s needs are met. 
  • Ensure that incoming inventory is stocked in the correct location.  
  • Maintain the parts department in a clean and organized manner. 
  • Accurately price parts and accessories using the proper pricing source and keep the computer system up to date. 
  • Operates cash drawer and credit card processing machine.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must be at least 16 years of age 
  • Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid driver’s license to operate a motor vehicle 
  • Must be able to lift parts ranging from under 5 lb. to up to ~80 lbs.
