About the role

BattleAxe Digital is looking for an extremely detail-oriented self starter to work on its Executive and Operations Team! The Executive & Operations Associate works closely with the Executive Leadership and Operations Teams assisting with daily operations, implementation of new processes and technology, research projects and general administrative, operational and financial duties. This is a great entry level position for someone interested in business management, operations or entrepreneurship.

Description

Work Includes:

Assisting in implementation and documentation of new processes.
Managing new technology deployment workflows
Providing hands-on support for operational advancement and efficiencies
Supporting the business development team
Assisting in staff onboarding and offboarding processes as needed
Assists with budget reconciliation and invoice categorization
Assisting with scheduling as needed
Other duties and responsibilities as needed

Skills:

Must be incredibly detail-oriented
Must have strong knowledge of Google Docs & Google Sheets
Must be tech forward/interested in integrating new software and technology
Exceptionally strong writing and proofreading skills
Exceptionally strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to learn new software and programs
Ability to troubleshoot autonomously and problem solve
Ability to complete projects autonomously

Requirements:

Must be DC based and able to work from our NW office location Monday - Thursday for the first 12 months. More flexible remote schedule available for discussion after the first year.
Able to travel, sometimes with relatively short notice
Must be comfortable with technology and handling office electronics
Strong experience with Google Workspace
Business management/support or Operations production experience
