About the Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Battery Management Executive, responsible for the execution of battery assembly, maintenance, handling, charging, and deployment activities for drone light shows. The role ensures that all drone batteries are properly charged, safe, and available on time to support uninterrupted show operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Lithium-ion battery pack assembly using spot welding techniques.
- Support basic repair, soldering, and maintenance activities.
- Execute safe and efficient battery charging/discharging cycles.
- Battery Health Monitoring (High/Low Capacity, Voltage levels, Faulty / damaged).
- Ensure 100% availability of fully charged batteries before the show
- Assist in battery installation in drones.
- Handle safe packing and unpacking of batteries during transport
- Assist during live drone show operations
- Maintain logs and records of drone usage, maintenance, and faults.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- ITI/ Diploma in Electronics / Electrical (2024/2025 pass-out preferred).
- Basic understanding of batteries (LiPo/Li-ion preferred).
- Experience in soldering.
- Good teamwork and coordination skills
- Strong interest in drones, robotics, and embedded systems.
- Comfortable with travelling to PAN India for Drone Shows.
- Willing to relocate to Gurgaon.
