Position Summary:
As an HR Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing all aspects of our human resources function. You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Oversee employee performance management and development.
- Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and investigations.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
- Manage employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Conduct HR audits and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field. Proven experience in HR management, preferably in a similar industry. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with employees and managers. Strong organisational and time management skills. Proficiency in HR software and tools. CIPD qualification would be an advantage.

This role is office-based in Noida. You will need to be able to travel to and from the office Mon-Fri and work from home for 1/2 day on Saturday. We will not be accepting candidates who are looking to relocate to Noida or the surrounding areas. Immediate start for the right candidate available.
