Creative Marketing Manager

The Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized and innovative Creative Marketing Manager / Creative Project Manager to oversee the planning, production, and execution of marketing content across multiple channels. This role sits at the center of our marketing team and ensures we consistently produce high-quality creative that drives demand, strengthens our brand, and supports both digital and traditional campaigns.

This person will coordinate designers, videographers, photographers, creative agencies, and content/affiliate creators to deliver compelling creative assets while managing timelines, priorities, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Production & Project Management

  • Manage the planning and production of marketing creative across digital and traditional channels
  • Coordinate with designers, videographers, photographers, and other creative partners
  • Ensure marketing assets are delivered on time, aligned with campaign goals, and trackable
  • Maintain organized workflows for creative production and approvals
  • Create and implement tests, including hold out groups, A/B tests, and other ways to measure creative and channel lift

Advertising Campaign Support

  • Oversee creative for branded and performance advertising campaigns
  • Coordinate production for campaigns across: TV, radio, billboards, direct mail, newspapers, magazines, websites, digital advertising, social media, organic listings, and other channels
  • Ensure creative is optimized for each channel and audience (via testing and other optimization)

Digital Content & Social Media

  • Work with content creators and designers to develop engaging organic social media content
  • Manage creative assets for paid digital ads
  • Ensure creative is aligned with brand messaging and campaign strategy – and trackable
  • Track and optimize creative performance across channels
  • Manage agencies, testing, and posting schedules

Marketing Programs & Promotions

  • Support local marketing initiatives including radio promotions, sponsorships, event marketing, and local partnerships
  • Help execute promotional campaigns that drive awareness and lead generation

Direct Mail & Testing

  • Support direct mail initiatives including creative development, campaign execution, A/B testing, holdout group analysis, and agency management

Internal Brand Management

  • Oversee the internal marketing company store, ensuring teams have access to branded materials and marketing assets that have been created
  • Help maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials

Qualifications

  • 4–8+ years of experience in marketing, creative project management, or advertising production
  • Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with both digital marketing and traditional advertising
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Experience working with designers, video teams, and creative agencies
  • Proven expertise in direct mail marketing, including campaign execution, budget management, and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Hands-on experience managing large-scale marketing campaigns, working with external vendors (agencies, lettershops/printers), and optimizing targeting strategies
  • Experience using data analytics and testing to inform campaign decisions and drive growth
  • Experience with machine learning models or predictive analytics in marketing
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Previous experience managing budgets and vendor contracts in a high-volume marketing environment
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and effective time management
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel; experience with data entry and CRM tools is preferred
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze campaign performance and adjust strategy
  • Confident working independently while staying aligned with broader marketing goals
