Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bath & Body Category Intern at Kimirica, located in Indore. The intern will support category management activities, analyze market trends, assist in procurement processes, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities include supporting contract negotiations, maintaining product databases, monitoring competitor activity, and providing insightful analysis to aid decision-making.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of Category Management principles
- Excellent Analytical Skills to interpret data, track trends, and provide actionable insights
- Proficiency in Communication and collaboration to effectively convey ideas and coordinate with cross-functional teams
- Experience or interest in Contract Negotiation and Procurement processes
- Ability to adapt, learn quickly, and work in a team-oriented environment
- Proficiency in basic productivity tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant software
- Prior experience or involvement in the lifestyle, cosmetics, or retail industry will be advantageous
- Enthusiasm for sustainability and ethical business practices
