Hourly Sales Associate - Bath & Body Works Job Description As an Hourly Sales Associate at Bath & Body Works, you'll be responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience by creating a welcoming environment, engaging with customers, demonstrating product knowledge, and completing sales transactions. You'll also assist with maintaining store cleanliness and organization. Responsibilities: - Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner - Demonstrate product knowledge and make recommendations to customers - Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Assist with replenishing and organizing merchandise on the sales floor - Maintain a clean, neat, and organized store environment - Provide excellent customer service by resolving any customer inquiries or concerns - Assist with inventory management and stock rotation - Participate in team meetings and training sessions Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work as part of a team - Flexible schedule to work evenings, weekends, and holidays - Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift up to 30 lbs - Preferred: Previous retail or customer service experience
