Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM, 1 hour lunch.
Job summary/Objective of Job:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our Maintenance Team. This role involves maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facility grounds, ensuring a safe and pleasant environment. The Grounds Keeper will work under the supervision of the Maintenance Manager and assist with various cleaning, organizing and maintenance tasks.
Summary of essential job functions
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and maintain landscaping around the facility.
- Remove weeds, debris, and litter from grounds and parking areas.
- Snow removal, shovel, salt and plow snow
- Assist with the maintenance and repair of outdoor equipment and tools.
- Organize, paint and clean inside/outside of facility
- Perform routine inspections of the grounds to identify and address any issues.
- Support the Maintenance Manager with other tasks and projects as required.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in groundskeeping or landscaping (preferred).
- Ability to operate lawn mowers, trimmers, Hilo and other landscaping and snow removal equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions.
- Physical stamina to perform outdoor tasks in various weather conditions.
- Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).

Working Conditions:
- Work is performed outdoors with exposure to varying weather conditions.
- Must be able to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
