Bartender

Baskk Italian' is looking for an experienced Bartender to join our team in our Coolangatta, Queensland location. This is a full-time position where you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting high-quality cocktails and beverages. What you'll be doing: Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, mocktails, and other alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service to our guests Maintain a clean and organised bar area Ensure all bar equipment and glassware is clean and in good working condition Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management Support the management team with special events and promotions What we're looking for: At least 2 years of bartending experience in a similar fast-paced environment Excellent knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes, ingredients, and preparation techniques Strong customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing an exceptional guest experience Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification What we offer: At Baskk Italian', we pride ourselves on providing a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
