What You’ll Do
As an Enterprise Systems Sr. Manager, you will play a key role in creating an environment where patients and families feel supported, safe, and inspired to grow. You will:
- Own day-to-day performance and usability of Salesforce and Kipu
- Own day-to-day performance, usability, and support of Salesforce and Kipu
- Translate business and clinical workflows into scalable system functionality
- Partner with leadership and frontline teams to define requirements and future-state workflows
- Standardize workflows across clinical, admissions, and operations while allowing for necessary program-level variations
- Establish and manage a structured intake process for system requests
- Support governance for cross-functional changes (e.g., intake triage, steering committee)
- Drive execution against priorities aligned with the enterprise roadmap
- Serve as primary liaison to Salesforce consultants and the Kipu account team
- Translate business needs into clear scopes of work and hold vendors accountable for delivery
- Partner with IT on access, security, and system reliability
- Perform hands-on configuration for standard updates and delegate complex builds appropriately
- Ensure SLAs are defined and met for system support
- Lead on-site support for system rollouts and enhancements
- Work with frontline teams to validate usability and identify gaps between system design and real-world execution
- Drive adoption by aligning systems with day-to-day operations
- Identify and eliminate manual workarounds by translating workflows into system solutions
- Ensure consistent data capture and reliable system inputs to support reporting

What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience working with enterprise systems (CRM, EHR/EMR, RCM, or similar)
- Hands-on experience configuring or administering Salesforce (permissions, reports/dashboards at a minimum), EHRs, and/or healthcare systems
- Experience working with external vendors or consultants and managing deliverables
- Strong ability to translate business and operational needs into system solutions
- Experience operating in environments with evolving processes and limited structure
- Willingness to work on-site across DFW locations as needed
- HIPAA-aware access controls, audit readiness, least-privilege, vendor BAAs
