Product Manager - Growth

We are looking for a driven and experienced Product Manager to join our Growth team and help drive the next phase of our company's expansion. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and executing on high-impact growth initiatives that unlock new user acquisition channels, improve activation and engagement, and drive revenue growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and operations to conceptualize, build, and optimize growth-focused features and campaigns. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire new users, increase activation and retention, and drive revenue growth - Analyze user behavior and growth metrics to uncover insights and identify high-potential opportunities - Define and prioritize a roadmap of growth-focused features and initiatives - Collaborate with engineering, marketing, and other teams to bring growth ideas to life - Continuously test and iterate on growth experiments to maximize impact - Communicate progress, learnings, and recommendations to key stakeholders Requirements: - 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a strong track record of driving growth - Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform product decisions - Excellent cross-functional collaboration and communication skills - Familiarity with growth marketing tactics and user acquisition channels - Experience with A/B testing, experimentation, and rapid iteration - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Passion for technology and building great products
