Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Engineer – BASE24 UPF with strong experience in transaction switch systems, including BASE24, BASE24 EPS, and ACI UPF. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in UPF implementation, interface integration, scripting, and switch development. This role requires deep knowledge of ISO 8583, card scheme certifications, integration with external systems, and proficiency across the full SDLC. The engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and Agile squads to deliver robust and scalable payment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implementation of ACI UPF Framework in line with the finalised design.
- To build, customise , configure the interfaces with ACI UPF. This includes development, testing
- and fixing the issues.
- To integrate with various channels, business systems and external interfaces with ACI UPF as
- per the business requirements
- Participate in system design consulting, implement and maintain the integrations ·
- To generate required MIS/reports as per business requirements ·
- Create sustainable systems and services through automation and uplifts ·
- Work across the full spectrum of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) ·
- Actively contribute to planning sessions and other Agile ceremonies across the team · Liaise
- with users and stakeholders of the platform
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in Transaction Switch systems including BASE24, BASE24 EPS.
