Job Summary:
Lead the complete setup of a base oil manufacturing plant from planning and installation to commissioning and stable operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end greenfield plant setup including design review, vendor coordination, and execution
- Oversee installation, commissioning, and trial runs
- Ensure regulatory approvals and HSE compliance
- Finalize technology, equipment, and vendors
- Build and train the plant operations team
- Control project budget, timelines, and costs
- Transition plant to smooth and efficient operations.
Requirements:
B.E./B.Tech in Chemical/Mechanical Engineering
12–18 years in oil refining/base oil industry
Experience in plant setup & commissioning (must)
