Position: Leasing Consultant (Sales & Marketing Focus) 

Location: Los Altos Trinity Green 
Schedule: Full-Time | Saturdays Required
Pay: Starting at $18/hour + leasing commissions

What You’ll Do

• Lease apartment homes and achieve property goals

• Convert tours → applications → leases

• Conduct engaging apartment tours and follow up to close the sale

• Execute outreach marketing (local businesses, events, partnerships)

• Lead social media presence across platforms to attract and convert prospects

• Leverage AI and digital tools to maximize efficiency and conversion
