Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Bartender position located in Udaipur at The Qualia Resort & Club. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests with precision, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable experience. Day-to-day tasks include crafting cocktails, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, managing stock levels, handling cash transactions accurately, and delivering excellent customer service. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with other team members to elevate the guest experience.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Bartending and knowledge of crafting classic and contemporary drinks.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Experience in Food & Beverage service within hospitality settings.
- Accuracy in Cash Handling and maintaining financial integrity during transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment with attention to detail.
- Previous experience in a luxury or fine-dining establishment is a plus.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Certification in food safety and responsible alcohol service is advantageous.
