Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Bartender for our cocktail bar, Nido Craft Kitchen & Bar . As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and adhering to company standards for service and quality. You will interact directly with guests to provide excellent customer service, take orders, and ensure an engaging and welcoming atmosphere at the bar. Other responsibilities include inventory management, cash handling, and assisting in executing promotional events.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service skills with a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction and addressing customer needs effectively
- Excellent Communication skills for engaging with guests and team members in a professional and friendly manner
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage, including mixology, drink recipes, and handling food safety standards
- Experience in Bartending, including preparing cocktails and managing bar equipment effectively
- Proficiency in Cash Handling, including accurate billing and transaction management
- High attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience as a bartender or in the hospitality industry is a plus
- Relevant training or certifications in bartending or hospitality management is a bonus
