Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Bartender role based in Bengaluru South. The Bartender will be responsible for mixing and serving beverages according to recipes, maintaining a clean and organized bar area, and providing excellent customer service to guests. Additional duties include managing cash transactions, maintaining an inventory of bar supplies, and adhering to safety and hygiene standards. The role involves engaging with customers to create a positive and welcoming environment for all patrons.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Bartending and Food & Beverage preparation and presentation
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to create a welcoming and enjoyable guest experience
- Experience in Cash Handling and basic financial transactions
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
- Knowledge of safety regulations and sanitation standards for serving beverages
- Prior experience in hospitality is a plus
- A certification in bartending or mixology is beneficial but not mandatory
