Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Bartender. The Bartender will prepare and serve beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities include interacting with customers to provide exceptional service, crafting beverages to meet customer preferences, managing cash transactions accurately, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. The role also involves maintaining inventory and assisting with food and beverage pairings as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact professionally and courteously with guests and team members
- Proficiency in Bartending techniques, including drink preparation and presentation, along with a good understanding of beverages
- Experience in Food & Beverage operations, with an understanding of pairing beverages with food
- Accuracy in Cash Handling skills for processing transactions and managing a cash register
- Attention to detail, reliability, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of health and safety standards in food and beverage service
- Experience working in a hospitality setting and a mixology background are a plus
