Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Bartender role located in the Greater Delhi Area. The Bartender will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages according to company and customer specifications, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. Other responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized bar area, managing inventory, handling cash transactions accurately, and providing excellent customer service. Collaboration with team members and adherence to food and safety regulations will also be a key part of the role.

Qualifications

• Proven skills in Customer Service and effective Communication.
• Knowledge and experience in Food & Beverage service, including bartending techniques.
• Proficiency in Cash Handling and ensuring financial accuracy.
• Ability to craft cocktails and prepare drinks to a high standard, demonstrating the art of Bartending.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to cleanliness and detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
• Prior experience in hospitality or a similar role is an advantage.
• Food safety and customer service certifications are a plus.
