Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Bartender at Alila Fort Bishangarh. The Bartender will be responsible for crafting beverages, engaging with guests to provide exceptional customer service, and ensuring an excellent dining experience. Daily tasks include preparing and serving drinks according to recipes, maintaining cleanliness and orderliness behind the bar, handling cash transactions, monitoring inventory, and collaborating with the food and beverage team to deliver high standards of service.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide an exceptional guest experience
- Proficiency in Food & Beverage handling and service
- Experience in Bartending and the ability to craft and serve a variety of beverages
- Efficiency in Cash Handling and maintaining financial accuracy
- Attention to detail, teamwork, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of cocktail recipes and beverage presentation techniques
- A hospitality or related certification is a plus
- Prior experience in luxury or fine-dining establishments is preferred
