Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Bartender to join our team at Élysées by Rhian. This on-site role is based in North Goa and involves crafting beverages, maintaining the bar area, ensuring excellent customer service, and upholding the standards of our French fusion establishment. The Bartender will collaborate with the team to deliver a high-quality experience, manage cash transactions efficiently, and contribute to the welcoming and vibrant atmosphere of our venue.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to ensure exceptional guest experiences and seamless interactions.
- Demonstrated expertise in Bartending and crafting a variety of beverages, with an ability to recommend menu options and create personalized drinks.
- Experience with Food & Beverage services, including knowledge of proper handling, storage, and presentation standards.
- Proficiency in Cash Handling to accurately process payments and maintain transaction records.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on teamwork and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with cuisine or an interest in learning European-inspired culinary and beverage traditions.
- Previous experience in bartending or F&B roles preferred, but a willingness to learn and grow is also valued.
