<strong>Position Summary:</strong><br>School Bus Drivers are responsible for safely transporting students and passengers to and from designated locations while ensuring a positive and professional experience. This is a great position for individuals who enjoy working with the community and want a consistent, rewarding schedule.<br><br>

<strong>Responsibilities:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Safely operate a school bus in compliance with state and federal regulations.</li>
<li>Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.</li>
<li>Maintain order and safety among passengers during transport.</li>
<li>Communicate effectively with dispatchers, school staff, and parents as needed.</li>
<li>Report mechanical issues or incidents promptly.<br><br>

<strong>Qualifications:<br></strong><br>
</div><ul>
<li>Valid <strong>Maryland CDL Class B</strong> with <strong>Passenger (P)</strong>, <strong>School Bus (S)</strong> and <strong>Air Brake </strong>endorsements.</li>
<li>Must pass a DOT physical, drug screen, and background check.</li>
<li>Clean driving record with a strong safety history.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li>
<li>Reliability and punctuality are essential.<br><br>

<li>Part-time or full-time positions available</li>
<li>Split shifts (morning and afternoon routes, with possible mid-days)<br><br>
