Band 5 EPR Trainer

The EPR Team and Education teams are excited to announce a fantastic opportunity to join us and play a vital role in the training of staff to enable a successful implementation of our new Oracle Health (Cerner) Millennium EPR on a shared domain with Barts Health. To make implementation and adoption of our new EPR a success, it is vital that our staff are fully trained and confident in using the new systems, and the role of the EPR Trainer is key to this success. Our EPR Trainer will provide face-to-face and virtual training to a range of trust staff, reviewing and updating lesson plans and resources, and keeping accurate records to ensure delivery of our training plan is a success. We are looking for an individual with experience of training or mentoring in the workplace and a good understanding of NHS workflows, who is passionate about supporting our staff through this exciting time.
