Role Overview

We are hiring a Barista to manage coffee preparation, beverage service, and front-counter experience at UNA by Garde Manger. This role suits someone passionate about coffee, hospitality, and working in a professional café environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve coffee and beverages as per standard recipes
• Operate espresso machines and maintain bar equipment hygiene.
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and service quality.
• Handle counter service, orders, and guest interaction.
• Maintain cleanliness of the barista counter and service area.

Experience & Skills

• Prior experience as a Barista / Café Staff preferred.
• Knowledge of espresso-based drinks, brewing techniques, and milk texturing.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn new beverages and café standards.
