Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Bengaluru. The Barista will be responsible for preparing high-quality beverages and food items, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the workspace. The role also involves engaging with customers, managing orders, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Qualifications
- Strong Barista and Food Preparation skills, with an ability to make a variety of beverages and food items
- Exceptional Customer Service and Interpersonal skills to ensure a positive guest experience
- Effective Communication skills to interact and engage with customers and team members
- Attention to detail while maintaining work quality and a clean environment
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced setting
- Prior experience as a Barista or in a similar role is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends

- Ability to work early shifts as we are a early to rise coffee brand ( 6 am onwards )
- Ability to learn new skills for growth in various departments
