We’re building an exciting café team and are looking for passionate individuals to join us as Trainee Baristas (0–1 year experience) and Experienced Baristas (2–3 years experience).
Key Responsibilities
- Take customer orders accurately and process payments (cash/POS)
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the workspace and equipment
- Ensure proper presentation of food and beverages
- Assist customers with menu selection and provide recommendations
- Restock supplies and help manage inventory levels
- Follow all health and safety guidelines at all times
Key Skills & Requirements
- Previous experience as a barista or in a similar role preferred
- Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- A team player with a positive attitude
