Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based at Tochico Coffee Roasters in Ahmedabad. The Barista prepares and serves coffee and other beverages, operates brewing equipment, and follows recipes and quality standards. Day-to-day work includes greeting guests, taking orders, handling payments, and providing friendly, efficient customer service. The Barista maintains cleanliness in the café, supports basic food preparation, restocks supplies, and follows safety and hygiene guidelines. The role also involves working closely with team members, learning about products, and helping create a positive experience for every guest.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage positively with guests and collaborate with team members.
- Candidates should possess Barista skills, including basic coffee preparation, equipment handling, and interest in specialty coffee.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills to take orders accurately, share product information, and coordinate with colleagues.
- Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills, with attention to hygiene, safety standards, and presentation.
- Additional beneficial qualifications include prior café or hospitality experience, ability to stand for extended periods, flexibility to work shifts and weekends, and a commitment to punctuality and reliability.
