THERAPY is looking for a creative and passionate Barista to join our team. We’re looking for someone who genuinely loves coffee culture, enjoys experimenting with new ideas, and understands modern café trends, not just someone who makes coffee, but someone who can help us build exciting beverage experiences. If you’re always saving trending coffee videos, experimenting with flavours, and keeping up with what’s new in the café world, this role is for you.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare and serve coffee beverages consistently and efficiently
- Handle espresso-based drinks, iced coffees, specialty beverages & café-style creations
- Create and experiment with: Cold Foam, Flavoured Foam, Trending Coffee Beverages, Seasonal Specials, Signature Drinks
- Help ideate and develop new menu items and flavours
- Contribute to beverage presentation and menu styling
- Assist with menu planning and drink innovation
- Stay updated with coffee, café, and social media trends
- Maintain hygiene, quality, and consistency standards
- Coordinate with the marketing/content team for beverage shoots and launches
- Help create visually appealing drinks for social media and promotions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee station
REQUIREMENTS
- Prior experience as a Barista preferred
- Knowledge of espresso machines and coffee preparation
- Must know how to make cold foam and modern café-style beverages
- Good understanding of current coffee trends and café culture
- Creative mindset with interest in experimenting and innovation
- Good communication and customer interaction skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced hospitality environments
- Comfortable with restaurant/bar timings
