Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The Barista will prepare and serve high-quality beverages and food items, maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, and handle day-to-day café operations. Additionally, the role involves interacting with customers, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, taking orders accurately, and adhering to company quality and safety standards. The Barista will also assist in inventory tracking and contribute to creating a positive café experience for all patrons.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills for engaging with customers and team members effectively
- Barista skills, including beverage preparation and understanding of coffee-making techniques
- Customer Service skills to provide exceptional experiences and address patron needs promptly
- Knowledge of Food Preparation principles to ensure quality and consistency in menu offerings
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and multitasking
- Previous experience in a café or hospitality setting is an advantage
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays
