At The Fresh Factory, coffee is more than a drink – it’s a part of our clean eating, mindful living experience. We’re looking for a passionate Barista who can craft exceptional beverages, engage with guests, and bring warmth to every cup or glass served.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee and other beverages with precision and consistency
- Share your knowledge of coffee, beverages and our clean ingredient philosophy with guests
- Maintain a clean, organized, and vibrant beverage station
- Work closely with the team to deliver exceptional customer service and a memorable café experience
What We’re Looking For:
- 1+ year experience as a barista in a café or specialty coffee setup (fresh graduates with strong passion are welcome)
- Knowledge of espresso-based drinks, manual brewing methods, and latte art is a plus
- Friendly, proactive, and guest-focused personality
- Passion for quality ingredients and sustainability
