Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Pune District. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality beverages and food items, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and assisting with inventory management. The role requires the ability to handle orders efficiently while contributing to a positive and welcoming customer experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in barista tasks, including brewing coffee, espresso preparation, and beverage artistry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to deliver outstanding customer service
- Experience or knowledge in food preparation and adherence to hygiene standards
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with team members
- Prior experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- A passion for coffee and hospitality
- High level of reliability, professionalism, and attention to detail
