Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat for a Barista. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and other beverages, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring excellent customer service. Additional responsibilities include managing food preparation, assisting with orders, and contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in preparing coffee and handling Barista duties
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
- Strong communication skills for effectively interacting with team members and customers
- Knowledge of food preparation and handling procedures
- Punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in a barista or food service role is a plus but not required
