Working Hours
- 8-hour shift
- 6 days a week
- Preferred timings - 4 pm - 12 am
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience (freshers are welcome)
- No prior barista experience required — training will be provided
- Willingness to learn coffee, desserts, and customer service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced cafe environment
- Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Basic understanding of hospitality is a plus, but not required
- Availability to work weekends and peak hours
Responsibilities
- Prepare, serve and package coffee and other beverage orders for both delivery and dine-in
- Follow recipes accurately and pay attention to details.
- Keep the work area, including the espresso machine, coffee grinder, and brewing equipment, clean and sanitised.
- Prepare and maintain a stock of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients.
- Regularly clean and maintain coffee machines and other equipment to ensure they operate smoothly.
- Assist guests with detailed information about the menu items (portion size, ingredients, etc) and offer recommendations
- Providing a high-quality experience to customers
