Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Barista, based in Gurugram. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving café-style beverages while maintaining high standards of quality and cleanliness. The role includes engaging with customers to provide excellent service, taking and preparing orders, handling payment transactions, and ensuring a welcoming and positive experience for each guest. Additional responsibilities include maintaining the workspace, managing inventory, and adhering to health and safety guidelines.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Barista and Food Preparation skills, including brewing coffee, handling equipment, and preparing beverages to exact standards.
- Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to ensure a positive and welcoming experience for all customers.
- Excellent Communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
- Ability to multitask and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
- An enthusiasm for coffee and a commitment to delivering quality beverages and experiences.
- Prior experience as a barista or in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
