We’re looking for someone who loves coffee but also understands that being a great barista is about much more than making a good cup.
At Serenoa, we’re looking for a team player who’s willing to get involved in everything.
Someone who can:
- Make great coffee & beverages ☕️
- Keep the counter and setup looking good
- Help with prep, packing & orders
- Interact with customers
- Support the team during busy hours
- Notice what needs to be done and just… do it
- Bring good energy to the workplace
Basically, we’re looking for a barista who thinks like a teammate, not just someone who stands behind the coffee machine.
You don’t need to know everything from day one.
We care more about your attitude, willingness to learn, and how you work with people.
