Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Gurugram for a Barista at Pour and Palate. The Barista will be responsible for interpersonal skills, providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving coffee and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience of 2-3 years as a Barista
- Knowledge of latte art is a plus and is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Bachelor's degree is an additional bonus
