Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Barista position located in Hauz Khas Market. The Barista will be responsible for preparing coffee and other specialty beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a welcoming environment for all guests. Day-to-day tasks include taking and preparing beverage orders, maintaining cleanliness and organization at the workstation, and collaborating with team members to create a positive guest experience. The Barista will also engage with customers to answer questions, provide recommendations, and enhance their overall experience.
Qualifications
- Strong Barista skills, including expertise in preparing coffee and specialty beverages
- Exceptional Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities for effective customer and team interactions
- Proficiency in Customer Service to ensure guest satisfaction and exceed expectations
- Basic knowledge and experience in Food Preparation
- Punctuality, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and adhere to food safety standards
- Previous experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
- Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Any certifications BTA/BH/CQI/SCA - are a plus
Salary
- CTC - INR 20,000 per month
- Joining Date - Immediate
- Location - Hauz Khas Market (Nearest Metro Station - Hauz Khas)
