Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Gurugram. The Barista will prepare and serve a range of coffee and other beverages, consistently following recipes and quality standards. Daily tasks include operating espresso machines and brewing equipment, handling food preparation for light menu items, and maintaining a clean, organized workstation and guest-facing areas. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders, processing payments, and providing friendly, efficient customer service. The Barista will also support opening and closing duties, restocking supplies, and collaborating with the team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess Barista skills, including espresso preparation, beverage crafting, and basic food preparation.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage guests and manage busy service periods.
- Candidates should possess clear and professional Communication skills for interacting with guests and team members.
- Basic numeracy and cash-handling skills, with the ability to use POS systems accurately.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a café, coffee shop, or hospitality setting is preferred but not mandatory.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
- Commitment to food safety, hygiene standards, and workplace health and safety practices.
