Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Bengaluru. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including specialty coffee and teas, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Daily tasks include maintaining a welcoming café environment, providing outstanding customer service, assisting with food preparation, and ensuring cleanliness in the work area. The role also involves managing customer orders efficiently and maintaining an organized workspace.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Barista skills, including coffee and beverage preparation
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to interact effectively with team members and customers
- Proficiency in Customer Service; able to create a welcoming and friendly experience for each guest
- Basic knowledge and skills in Food Preparation to assist with café offerings as needed
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain attention to detail
- Passion for wellness, mindfulness, and sustainability is a plus
- Prior experience in a café or restaurant setting is advantageous, but not mandatory
